I brought my mom home from the hospital after receiving her chemotherapy. I left her home alone while I took my father to the doctor. When my father and I arrived home we found my mother asleep with Elliot curled up beside her. When she awoke and saw me taking this picture she swore that she didn't know that he was there. I told her that I believed her because my mother absolutely HATES dogs and I am not exaggerating. I think that Elliot knows that she needs a little extra TLC. How can anyone hate a dog for that? I think my mom's heart softened a bit when she saw him beside her.
