Patrick the Manchild

Patrick turned 15 on the 15th (of June). With graduation, camping, and hectic summer schedules we had to postpone the celebrating until now. Pat is a loving son and best friend to both of his siblings. He loves sports and is practicing with the High School Cross Country team to condition for the Baseball team but has ended up enjoying running and will run with the Cross Country team when it doesn't interfere with Baseball. He recently played in a 3 on 3 basketball tournament for South Ogden Days. He also enjoys one other activity. Girls!

Such a handsome boy!

We celebrated yesterday at Layton Surf 'n Swim. Loser mom forgot a cake so we improvised with cookies.

His childhood and school friends. I have to admit it was a bit awkward mixing the two groups together. They didn't seem to mesh well and Patrick tried his hardest to give them equal time.

Opening up his cards. He made a killing!

They were hanging out just like big kids. Shoot! They are big kids now. Where did the time go? It kind of makes me sad:(

We dined on pizza, chips, pop, and lots of candy. Makes me sick just thinking about it. Watch out! Pat will be getting his learning permit for driving any day now. We love you Pat and it is both an honor and thrill to be your parents. Love, Mom & Dad

Looks like a fun b-day!
So Moni, we really need to do the stitching club. Nancy was talking about doing one a while ago too. we need to not put it off any longer. we can take turn hosting them at different houses. I can even host the first one but maybe the one with the most friends coming should do the first one? I know my mom will want to join in. we should ask around to see what night would work the best for everyone.
