Saint Francis de Choffel AKA - "Frankie"

This is Frankie. He is named after Saint Frances de Assisi who is the Patron Saint for all animals. He is a "Shorkie". He is part Yorkshire Terrier and Shih-tzu. He was born on Dec. 8, 2008. We got him on Feb. 7, 2009. I got him so soon after Elliot's passing to try and fill the hole in all of our hearts that Elliot left. I soon realized that this isn't the way that it works.

We had a very challenging first week with separation anxiety and explosive diarrhea. I had Buyers' Remorse and regretted my decision.

However, how do you deny such a cute face! He has begun to adjust to his new home and family.
He has developed such a fun personality. He has gone to school with me on a few occasions and has been able to socialize with people other than our family which I believe has helped him.

Polly is still not quite sure if she likes him or not but it his presence has calmed her down.

Anyway, we love our new boy and think that he is a "keeper"! Thank you St. Frances for helping find our new love.

I was hoping that you would not get attached and want someone to take little Frankie off your hands! I am waiting with open arms =)

Moni, I had the same problem with Zuko in the beginning, I woke up one morning and took him out of his kennel and he was covered in poo! I thought about giving him away at that point but stuck with it and he is great now!
